Texts and data are fine but the phone dosnt work incoming or outgoing?

Any ideas? Iphone 6s

@Ryan2  Are you connected to the Public Mobile network? Data and texts (via IMessage) will work even if you are connected via WiFi. Restart your phone and check selfserve to make sure the last 4 digits of your sim card are correct. You did change your sim number via selfserve to use the new number correct?

Likely, port is not complete. It could take several hours or a day to complete. Use old sim until it stops working which means port has completed and insert PM sim to continue service.

@Ryan2 Was this just a swap of SIM #'s from within your self-serve account?

@gblackma  the 1$ trick is to trick system into switching from suspended to active status.  The account is active.  Do you have supporting posts that $1 will get calls working when data and text work?

 

@smiley3 when porting outgoing calls work incoming do not until port is complete.

 

@Ryan2 if you have access to another phone can you try the sim in there that will help determine phone vs account issues.

It sometimes takes a couple days for the phone number to port over.  I had texts and data working right away...phone took a couple days to transfer over.

@Ryan2 sounds like SIM configuration issue. Try manually adding $1to your self service/ my account If this doesn't work . Contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one . (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket). Welcome to PM.

Yes, go to "Settings", "Cellular", "Cellular Data Options", Turn "Enable LTE" off.
