New plan alert for Existing subscribers earlier Now only for $13 and $15 plan subscribers

Hi all, 

this is basically the $20 plan but with a $2 saving.  I don't think this will last long, get it while you can

I see this plan even for people on a $55 plan.  So, look like it is for everyone

Update as of 4pm: the plan is only available for $13 and $15 subscribers

I think for people who wants to jump from 500Mb to 1GB, this $3 extra is well worth the spent

also, the best news out of it is that it seems to be for everyone.  So, for people who wants to downgrade , this is a great news

i confirm i see the $18 plans in all the plans I managing.  I see them on plans lower or higher than $18.  So, it looks like it finally opening the lowest priced plan for everyone.
