I had the same thing happen to me today. I set it to "unsubscribed" a couple weeks ago and yet it still processed a payment and charged for another month. Still shows "unsubscribed". What a bunch of clowns!

Yeah, I had existing credit. Was planning to manually renew in a week or two as I don't use the service often. It seems like a complicated mess to undo it as it processed my referral credits now. They won't be able to do it again next month as the credit card on file is defunct.

do you still have credit in the Available Funds and the system used that to renew? or does the system charged your credit card?
