Data Usage anomaly

Has anyone else been getting texts from Public saying they’ve used 95% of their data?  I just received one, but checking my cell data usage statistics in my setting says I’ve used 2.4MB and I have a 50GB plan???  To make it more difficult, my app says it’s under maintenance and I can’t sign into my account?   Any advice/suggestions??  TIA

I got that exact same message.  Confusing.  Others replied it’s a glitch when our plan hits the annual renewal date.  I was locked out of signing in, but was able to sign in a couple of days later.  Should resolve hopefully

I just got this too and can't log in to my account - says something about updating the system in March but this is October, so...? I hope it's just a glitch, since I seldom use data there's no way I could have used that much.

This was my experience today as well. My plan renewed today. A bit of a shock, thx for posting so I know to take a breath and hope the system gets fixed.

I too woke up this morning , this needs to be fixed. Or at least acknowledged so people do not panic and or worse change package thinking they need more data ( I have plenty so pretty much knew this was wearing but still )

I just got the same alert and it freaked me out. I'm sure I didn't use nearly that much data. And my phone shows only a fraction of that. I did see it's a glitch, but I hope they're aware of the bug and working on a fix. What good are warnings if you can't depend on them being correct.

Same! Then when I was looking at my rewards a big red message came up saying my account was suspended and I need to re-subscribe. When I hit the Subscribe it took me back to the data use page. Weird and annoying.

Very strange.  Seems to be a glitch and could be ignored.  Just frustrating when couldn’t log into My Account via the app or the website to confirm.

I got that message last night too. When I checked, only 0.10/50GB was used in this cycle (renewed today) and just under 1GB last month (50GB plan). Clearly a glitch.

@Mulatu Yes, this happens during renewal. It's a glitch in the system.
