@PinaAnother tip you should know about the payment sequence is it takes quite a few hours.. and your account page will show the steps being taken, so prepared the system to see things like autopay bonus becomes $0 because they cashed out your credit. Don't worry too much as long as your phone works, things should return to "normal" later in the day after your payment is done. The payment system is quirky, once you figure out it is harmless it is okay.

With a credit card on file I put the money for the plan few days before the renewal date and everything is going ok each time.

@Pina It SHOULD charge you automatically, but it does not always work, so I like to side with caution to be guaranteed to not have the account suspended due to insufficient funds. You can log into your self serve account here and click the big box that says "Make a Payment" then select your payment method, and choose payment type "Other" and add as much as you want (or even choose amount due for 1 term at a time)

@Pina Welcome to public mobile!
Hopefully we will see you around the community. If you are interested in lowering your bill and joining the community for rewards you have to make sure your e-mail is the same for self serve and community. Not just the login (which is your e-mail), the back-end stuff which requires moderator assistance to change.
You need to participate here, in this forum. Answer questions that help people. Take some time and familiarize yourself with the community and read through the knowledge base , look at the top contributors and see how they respond to requested help. Number of bravo’s often tell you if its helpful or not. If you don't know the answer to someone’s question use the search feature 99.9% of every question someone asks has already been answered before.
Remember quality of posting is more important than quantity. Post explanations of why the answers will solve issues and use good spelling, sentence structure and links.

As for the service the best advice I can give you is a fair warning. Unfortunately, sometimes auto pay fails. Think of auto pay as a method for public mobile to charge you IF your account does not have sufficient balance. If you have sufficient balance it does not need to autopay, but auto pay is still configured so you get the reward. I highly recommend everyone to top off (by manually adding funds) in advance as this process will prevent the most common and preventable reason that your account goes into suspension with a complete loss of service.
