Hi all,
I helped my mom subscribe to one of the new activation promos, and paid for the plan already + selected the ship SIM card to home option.
I received an email confirming the subscription payment, but where do I find the tracking number or order number associated with the SIM card?

There is no tracking number, as it comes via regular mail. 5 business days to 3 weeks. There have been delays on delivery. Your best bet is getting a sim card from koodo/telus store or mobile klinik store.

@Mechecor there is no tracking number for sim cards. Its roughly 10 business days or 3 weeks maximum.
I got mine in 3 business days. It can vary depending on your address.

There is no tracking number. It will take up to 3 weeks to get it in the mail if not longer. Depending on Canada Post.
If you want a SIM card faster, there are two options. https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/network/coverage-map
or Amazon.
