@CambioDos you meant you already selected it and scheduled the change and a new cycle just started but you still see old plan?
Try to login again using Incognito mode. The new My Account has trouble with cached info. So, Incognito mode would force the browser to get the latest info from the server. You should then see that your plan was indeed changed

If you did schedule plan change on next renewal, it should be there.
Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
