I successfully transferred my number from Telus. I activated my public mobile account. My phone says sos. How so I get my phone connected to the PM network?

If you created self-serving account, does it say Active?
Can you try your PM SIM in another phone?
When you call your number from another phone, where call goes?

Try rebooting, resetting network connections, or toggling Airplane Mode on and off.
You can also try your SIM in another device to see if that will get it connected to the network, then replace in your device.
