Signed up for 15GB-4G plan on December 1st, was ported over and now showing my old plan.

I signed up for the black friday 15GB-4G plan on November 28th for my next billing cycle (which was set to be December 1st).  Checked on Dec 1 and plan was activated and speeds were at 4G.  Checked my plan again this morning and I was reverted back to the 1GB-3G plan.

What could be the problem here?

Yes, I think that's what happened since it's showing the correct plan now.
