I am in New Brunswick and the new 4g plan is not showing as an upgrade for me but I can register a new account and get it. Do I really need to abandon my current account to get an upgrade?

@jsripples No, you don't need to abandon your plan
Should be just a browser problem. Try it with a complete different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome) or Incognito mode
If it still does not work, either way a day and try again or open ticket with PM Support and see if they can change the plan for you
