@HALIMACS @I’m starting to catch on , just use what pm already tells ya and what ever else choose to add … now community can get a break from me !! while I get my daughter to do my home work and stick it to my notes in her words instead .lol 

I wouldn't consider it "rules", @Handy1 , moreso etiquette.

 

Truth be told, everyone here takes a bit of this and bit of that and molds that into their own reply.   Some may even consider it a form of flattery to be 'copied' - just my opinion.   Others may be quite offended; some even use watermarks on their image information to make it unique.

 

 

 

With all due respect I used it once cos it will clear and precise , felt like n evil genius when daughter taught me to copy n paste and felt like I’m sure to become a oracle bwahahahahah

so with that said and to rest of the community , I just started getting involved with (pm community ) last Monday . Despite having had account with pm since 2018. I’m not very pc savy at all , my 14 year daughter helped show me how to copy n paste just today.so what I’m trying to say is I don’t think your the only one I stole some material from and so I’m sorry to you and them and will write my own . Didn’t realize I was breaking any rules…

hi @Jboeringa   , you should get 2GB and 500 LD mins too

the only thing that not everyone getting is the extra 1GB.  the extra 1GB is for people on new Public Points

@Jboeringa...if you have an Active plan in December, you should get the More Is Merrier text. Even if you're a new account holder, you'll get the text.

If you haven't rec'd it by now...follow instructions provided by @Handy1 . The CSA folks will make sure you get the free data and Intn'l Calling add-ons applied to your account.

The age of the count makes no difference.  All customers, both new and existing, are eligible for the 2GB and 500 international minutes.

@Jboeringa @Everyone is entitled I believe your should check yourself , I think you will be pleasantly surprised

hi @kkaunen   first try to send a YES2 to 4911 and check if it works

 

if not, then open ticket with CS agent:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Everyone is eligible for the holiday data and long distance promotion.

 

All you should need to do is text "YES2" to 4911

 

If after a couple of days you do not see the data listed in your self-serve account, contact customer support.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
