Hi,
I have ordered a sim card during the last sim card give-away on March 15 and up till now, I still have not received it. My order number is ###### and I was using my other email xxxxxx@xxxx to order. Can you please check the status for me? As now I would want to activate a new line and wondered if it ever will come. Thank you.

are you aware that esim are free today on all current plans. You just need to make sure your cell is esim ready.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly
