How do I make a credit card payment when there's no option and no real people to talk to

@Jess42 In your account payment page , you can also buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume service right away 

and you can update credit card info later 

Update credit card info

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
