Never received my phone

I ordered a phone and it has been paid for on November 28th and have not received it. This company has the worst customer support I have ever seen I cannot even submit a ticket.

Contact customer support via private message as provided above. Include in your message your name, email, order# and shipping address. Response times from the CPO Phone department are not the same as customer support once the CSA replies that they have opened a ticket for you regarding your phone order but follow up your private message within 48 hours if you still don't hear from them just to keep your support request open. Here is more info on contacting customer support.....

I hope you have tracking number or order number and it that case contact agent for an update.

 

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

get the link from PayPal if you paid with PayPal. Its all registered package. Since Nov 28th, looks like something went wrong. I got mine within 3 business days. Good luck. Don't worry will be all good.

@manzer    it has been a bit too long, you should have received it by now.   Please open a ticket with PM Support for status update
