Hi,
Thinking that I wanted to transfer my phone plan to the Public mobile, I bought a SIM card on April 9th. It has been more than 2 weeks now but never got my sim card.
Do you know how I can track the order?

You have a little less than an hour to take advantage of the stacking promos deal at CCS.

I disagree. It appears to me that PM has always had a distribution problem. Perhaps 3rd party. I have mailed from BC to ON in 5 days using Canada Post.

The mail system is definitely having delivery challenges during the current pandemic.
General advice has been if you need a SIM card quicker than most mailing times, to try getting one at Walmart where they will do the activation, or London drugs, or a nearby mobile location who may sell Public Mobile SIM cards - such as perhaps Koodo or Telus.

@jamiekang Check out https://canadiancellsupplies.com
Their service seems faster, and you could keep the spare SIM for your first referral.

if and when you contact mods include your order number, that will help speed up the process.

Thank you! Never thought it would take 3 weeks.

It can take up to three weeks for delivery. I would suggest waiting another week and if you still have not received it to contact a moderator.
