Today I noticed I am unable to make calls. The network bars on the top shows greyed out, as in no service.
I am in Markham and at home. So, this should not happen.
I tried to insert the sim in another phone, same problem.
I tried to toggle with airplane mode, same issue. No network
Checked my sim# with my account, no issues here.
Does anyone know what is going on here?
FYI - I just have opened up a ticket.

and @Jennifer908 , I read it again, these are the affected cities:
Markhamd, Scarborough, Durham County
So, from the city list, sound like it is south markham and east Scar area with the issue

HI @Jennifer908
I checked the Bell forum, it is an issue with Bell network over there and affected Telus customers (since Telus uses Bell)
Some said only a small area in Markham is affected, not the entire city of Markham

Same here - Markham. Unable to make/receive calls or texts. Since about 3:15pm? Wonder if it’s affecting all of Markham (L3P, Markham Village area), as Telus grey outage seems closer to Unionville…

There is a known outage in Markham according to the Telus outage map

So maybe it is area wise issue?

I'm also in Markham and I have no network for at least 4 hours by now.

I'm in Haliburton and my signal can sometimes be spotty, but not usually for more than a couple of minutes. It's been at least a few hours since I noticed I have no service.
EDIT: Just submitted a ticket. Service comes in at one bar, then disappears, then comes back, then disappears again. It's been like this for a while now.
EDIT 2: I use the Bell network for my work phone and that phone doesn't have a signal, so the issue with Bell extends well outside Markham and into cottage country.
