Porting number over from Bell. Authorization SMS was not replied to within 90 minutes. Needs to be resent.

Common mistake with new members.
Remember to put the Bell SIM back in your phone, it should still work.
Contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process again by creating a ticket on SIMon Chat or private message them on this Community page.

Try doing it again from inside your My Account.
Or ask a Public Customer Support Agent by sending a private message to CS_Agent or use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket.
