The Authorization SMS from my previous provider was not successful. I called my previous service provider (Freedom Mobile) and they cannot resend the authorization request, they said that the request must be initiated by Public Mobile. Can Public Mobile resend the request?

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to have them resend the porting request again.
Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.
Your Freedom SIM will continue to work and to receive the porting request.
