I'm in the process of transferring my number from chatr. I didn't realize that my account was inactive and needed to be paid. I still have my old SIM card in my phone, I had the authorization text sent from chatr and l had continued with the process on the public mobile app, which I thought was completed. What can be done.

you have to call Chatr and ask if they allow a verbal approval for porting now or you might need to reactivate for a month so you can port out
then call PM porting assistant team and ask them to send the request again to Chatr. I cannot post the PM porting team number here but I'll send the number to your community inbox
