Need to call public mobile (not 611)

Hi.im.traveling and don't have access to email or phone associated with account, however need to pay for service .  

Other than 611 which I can't access,  is there another way to call to pay my bill over the phone?  Does public have another number? 

I can't access online account either as I am traveling.

go online purchase vouchers from recharge

and call ( 1-855-478-2542 ) and enter your phone number and enter the vouchers 12 digit PIN #,

When I was in the Caribbean my first go round with PM I used that number to make a payment and it worked fine.

@umhafs   Not sure where you are travelling, but if you are unable to access the 1-855 number as mentioned by @cellphoneuser1 , you can download VoIP app Fongo or TextNow and make the 1-855 call using the app.  Hope that helps
