I have rcs issue. Status is connecting or waiting for retry. I have tried everything that the internet suggests. Is there a on going issue with public mobile?
are you using Android? Try to force a re-registration
Uninstall the Google Message (some phones let you only uninstall updates, please go ahead with that), then reboot phone and reinstall Google Message and Reenable RCS
