Need to buy a plan,but I can't ,the money is there because my balance is 59$,so what do I do to buy a plan ? I put the money on with a voucher

it's now morning, can you login to My Account and check your account status again? and check your phone, do you still have service?

Are you short in making payment on your next bill?
Yes you can top up with a voucher but try clearing cache, cookies and go incognito to top up your payment in your account.
There could be a glitch but try this first before purchasing a voucher.

Which plan are you trying to pay for? Are you changing plans? Is your renewal tonight?

Try another browser. Try incognito mode. Clear browser cache, cookie, try refreshing. Try to login
go to payment and press at Add funds to My account
Select your preferred payment method
and press at Add Funds, and paid. and your account will be active then reboot phone.
your plan cost price plus tax, also you can use it by *611
