I am on autopay, money has been debited from my account and yet I am suspended. This happens every billing cycle and I've about had enough of the service disruption. How can I get this to stop?

To add to the above post @nothappy4, you should not be getting any service disruption (loss of services) during your renewal time, even though your My Account is showing the Suspended message.

So, if you are losing services, that is an issue. If your wording did not mean that, then yes see @darlicious post.

This is normal messaging in your account during your renewal. As long as you have service you have nothing to worry about.
