I have a US topup , but I can not find in by account. and can I use it for bill payment , and How it work.

I have got a refund on US topup, but I cannot see, or find it on my account ,and how to use the refund to
pay my bill, when I get it.thanks

If by "US topup" you mean you may have a US Roaming add-on or a US long distance add-on which you are not needing, then NO, you cannot use it as a credit toward your account for other services.
However, if you JUST PURCHASED it and you made an error or do not need it (and it's not used), you might try your luck with the customer support agents, who are Public Mobile employees. They may agree to place an equivalent credit on your account equal to the add-on purchase amount.

What's a US top up? You meant an US data or call add-on? If you can send us some more info I'll be able to understand this fully. Bill payments can only be done using a credit card, or public mobile voucher etc. As far as I know there's no such thing which you can use to pay the monthly payment as a US top up.
