Hello. I just received a text saying I have used 75% of my data. When I sign into my account it says I have only used 1.2GBP of my 4.5gb. Anyone out there who can help me get this fixed? Thanks

@customer_061019 - you can also dial 611 to check the remaining balances of total data you have left on your account.
Also, confirm this 75% message you received is from a text from Public or if your phone has notified you of this (as device's can be set up to warn us at certain data usage levels)...but this only is helpful if the phone start date matches our plan start date. And note, plans are 30 days here, so dates likely need to be adjusted each cycle unless your phone or a 3rd party app can track this.

@customer_061019 , going off topic a little here, by chance do you have a legacy $40 plan? There is currently a $40/15GB plan that will give you more data for the same money.

Personally I've found that, since the new self serve portal went up, those data use texts are all over the place - occasionly they are spot on, more often they are way off the mark.
I have the PM numbers on "no alert" and look at them whenever I get around to it. I go by the data counter in my account only these days, log in in incognito / private mode and/or use the little refresh spinners to make sure that you are not looking at old cached data. (as mentioned above by the fast people in this community...)

Sound like a glitch but refresh your browser by clicking on the circular arrow to get the latest information on your account.

With this new site, you likely still reading off the cached version, so the usage you got was not up to date
An easy way is to click the Spinner on the bottom right of the section to force a refresh.
If you don't see an updated usage still, try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome or try on another device. You should then see the latest info from the server.
