Can’t seem to change the payment method have tried 6x and no luck it gives me an Oops something went wrong try again later. 2 days in a row.
Do you have to change payment method/ credit card info on the monthly billing date?

@Lfredin - too many failed attempts can temporarily lock your account. Waiting over an hour can help before you try again.
Have you been able to update this on your own? If still issues ask CSA for assistance.

Clear the cache, cookies and go incognito on a laptop or desktop then go to the Payment section to change your CC information.

@Lfredin Are you doing this from a computer rather than your phone browser? Try in incognito or in private window mode and login into the site to try again. I've read through the forums the user portal can be flakey and this can help. You should be able to change payment whenever you like and it should take effect during the next payment cycle.
