Hey i was wondering if some one could help me with a problem i cant login says my account is disabled.. . how can i get back in to my accout ?

@Sweetestkisses if you phone is working, then your account is still there, not closed.
Open a ticket with PM Support and have them to reset the login credentials for you:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
***Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

I have tried resetting. Password forgetting and every thing but keeps saying my account. Has bin disabled to contact. Public. Mobile. Community. For help but nothing. Yet .
Might have to change to a different. Company. 👎

This is getting worse and worse. On a daily basis we get dozen or more similar post where people cannot log in into their accounts or change their passwords or whatever.
Could Oracles discuss that with PM to clarify WHY is this happening? Is it customer a problem (lost password, typos all the time, etc.) or is it system problem.
I do not mind answering these post on a daily basis but is definitely NOT productive use of anybody's time.

If longer than 90 days since regular plan expired...you outta luck. You'd need a new sim to start a whole new account.
When was the last time your account was active ?
