The OP is looking to purchase data. The $5/500min add on is not available via 611.

Just click on the link above or below and leave a detailed message. In the morning come back and keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour of opening hours.

You will have to contact customer support to do this....they open at 6am tomorrow morning. Submit a suppirt ticket via Simple--Simon or send a private message. You may luck out and get a night moderator to respond if they see you are online. You should get access to your self serve account at the same time as its easier to manage your services thru your self serve account.
