OR, do have have an account that is no longer active? IF over 90 days of nonpay/suspended status, your account can no longer be active, as it is closed, the number is gone and you have no access to self serve.

Hopefully you have resolved this issue since we haven't heard back from you. If not there are some good help articles on the website or if you search this in the community you should be able to find mamy threads to help you with this.

Did you keep up with your monthly payment? If you didn’t pay over 90 days, your account will be closed and your number will be lost.
If you kept up with your payment, contact a CS_Agent to help you with your account.
If you can’t login to your account, use your email to login then click Forgot Password.
