I paid for a plan subscription and it’s compatible for this iPhone 13 max pro it’s 16.6.1 iOS . However it was hard reset and use to have Koodo with old owner but I was hoping I can still access public mobile activation for my phone
please help me.

To have a successful porting from Koodo, you will need to leave the old SIM in your phone and reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM. There will be a 90 minute for you to reply.
But since you were charged, I assume you replied to the text. So it might be a provisional/backend issue with your SIM so contact a CS_Agent by private messaging at:

@pmbc- Nobody locks phones anymore. And locked phones from Telus or Koodo would work here.

@Gitxsan You'll need to confirm that it's unlocked. If it locked to Koodo talk to them to get it unlocked and you should be able to use a Public Mobile SIM and service.

what error you got during activation? If it is about eSIM not compatible, it could be a false message. Try to scan QR code from the Welcome email to install the email
if the esim still not install, submit a ticket with CS agent:

@Gitxsan I phone 13 is compatible with PM no worries . Just use the PM app to activate
