I got double charged for my service and now everytime I try to submit a ticket to get a hold of some one to help me it gives me a 404 error and I did everything they suggested and still not working what do I do?

@Noahscotia902xo did you just join not long and has been like this since joining? If so, you remember anything wrong with activation and you have to try multiple times? I hope you didn't create some ghost accounts during activation.
