I can not call any person from my tablet, I can send the text message

I am writing because I bought a new SIN card to use in my tablet and I surprise because only I can send the text messages but I can not call. I check everything but I did not know how was the issue?.

@Mateo2014   what tablet you have?  not all tablets are capable of making calls.  For example, iPad cannot
