“No service” after transferring my number

Hi there, I just transferred my number from bell to public. I missed the authorization message at first so i called them. They did resend the message and everything went well. But then when i tried to restart my phone for switching my network, it showed “sos only”. Now, I can’t call or message at all. Can somebody help me with this?

Does your phone have dual sim slots ? Try the other slot.

@Iamasevenhead   you have another phone around to test the sim card?

even not, try to reseat the sim once

It can also be just sim card provisioning problem, please open ticket with PM, it is an easy for for them.  Message them here:
