I am trying to chat with a customer service agent since 3 hours ago and was not successful. Online chat robot leads me to submitting a ticket, and the page does not even open. I am really shocked, how they can be so irresponsible to close all the ways of reaching out. I have tried everything and none worked!

@Nazy as stated in the 2 previous messages you have to submit your request to the links provided for Public Mobile Customer Service.
Unfortunately, they might be busy so once you do that you just have to wait for a reply.
In case you were not aware. There is no live telephone agents to call and speak to. Everything is all done online by you 😏. If you have difficulties, someone here can try to assist as best we can on a highlevel, as fellow customers.
