I received a notification that I used up all my data. I thought it was strange that it was used up so quickly so I logged into my account and added up all the MB's under usage, and turns out I only used 11 GB of the 13 GB I got this month. That's only about 85%!! What's going on?

As long as it is negligible either way I am fine with that and not losing a bunch of data that I should have available.

The difference for mine was about 2GB. I spoke to a rep and was given 1GB back. Better than nothing!

HI @dust2dust I see mine recorded incorrectly too!!...
BUT, it is to my advantage. My device recording a usage 20Mb more than what was reported on My Account Overview Tab. I have 2 apps to record my usage on my phone and while both are different slightly, they both reporting more usage than what My Account recorded.

Yes I understand. I did my own adding and find that the usage details comes out to be less than what the phone says. I added up from late April to late May. No MMS in that time either.
I don't have plan data so I can't go by the overview from a start point. Add-ons don't reset.

So you can still available lines under you'd data and add ons.. If so it is not fully consumed yet. Or are you saying your data is completely consumed and data doesn't work, in that case there should be no lines showing up under data/add ons

the usage are uploaded twice a day only. So, the usage you see can be off by 12 hours
But the overview page, the data line reported there is the most updated one.
I.e, the data you consume now will not show up in Usage page at least for couple hours

The problem isn't that my phone's reported consumption data doesn't match with Public Mobile's.
The problem is that Public Mobile's daily usage report does not match with Public Mobile's total usage report. The problem is with Public Mobile. I advise anyone who runs out of data to check their daily usage because I don't think we're getting the data we pay for.

And how might the overview counter compare to your phone consumption if you set your phone back to the day of the renewal to now?
I don't like the usage details mostly due to the lag. The overview is almost immediate.

I get what you mean, but the usage details basically breaks down my daily usage. It's basically saying that PM is short changing me when it comes to my data.

I would go by the one on the overview page. The left number is amount used. The right number is bucket size. I almost never bother with the usage details.

That's right. I added it from the day I day the payment was made under "Payments -> Transactions".
I did get the 95% notification which is when I added the data usage up.
Under "Data & Add-ons", it shows the two lines, the 12GB and 1GB promotion that I got, along with the usages, but that does not add up with the sum of my daily usage found under "Usage History"

And you added up all the data usage from your last renewal. Make sure you're looking at the right date. It would be the pay before date up top minus 30 days. Or look in your payment history for the last renewal date.
Did you get a 75% and a 95% notification?
Do you in fact not see any data line items under my data & add-ons?

Yes the notification was from 611. The summed up data was as of June 6

Which plan offers 13GB per month? This information does not seem accurate.
Which plan and what device are you using?

Was the notification from 611? Or your phone? The most recent usage might not be showing yet also.
