@Maryam77666mm6 what was the exact error message? There are couple unlock codes depends on the meeage. If it is a carrier unlock code you are taking about, you need to call your previous provider. Which one was it?

It is more likely this issue but you cna call your previous carrier and get pretty easily

@Maryam77666mm6 hi did you just bring your phone from another carrier? if so you need to contact them to unlock your phone
