If your account was suspended due to nonpayment or an autopay error, etc. You would have to not only add the funds but manually reactivate with the button in your self serve. If the funds are still in available balance you can attempt this and if you are still having issues a CSA can manually reactivate it for you

Did you top up by the full amount required to renew your plan? There are no pay-per-use charges, so if your account is in suspension, a partial top up would not reactivate your service.

@MPhillips was that a new activation, what is the error on thr phone Status? Sim not provisioned? No Network? No SIM?
you have another phone to test the PM SIM?
