My kids changed my phone number how to get my old phone number back

My 3 year kids play on my phone he just keep clicking on public mobile app he changed my phone number  just  one  hour ago  how  to  I get my old    number  back  today

Unless they managed to get into the app or website, they couldn't have changed the phone number from the device settings. Unless they deleted your esim?

how can they have access to your My Account?

you might be able to get the number back, but you have to check with PM support agent.  

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
