My data didnt reset on my billing date Feb 25th and it says I dont have any data and that I have used all my data for billing period Feb 25- Mar 27. But when you look at detailed data usage I have not used much data from Feb 25th to Mar 3th.

@joseepoi PM has a poor cache management for the site. Always use Incognito mode to login My Account to get the latest usage indo and avoid confusion

The account site (as well as the community to a degree) has a terrible caching problem. So log into your account in a incognito / private window (I usually do so on my laptop instead of phone), and/or hit those little update spinners that you find at the bottom right corner of the data display blocks.

Try again incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in

Try tapping the little round refresher icons on the self-serve landing page for an updated version of the site
