When I log in it goes to a page that says "let's activate your account" I did start a new subscription but as soon as I paid they locked the account and removed all of my settings. I can not activate anything to cancel this transaction because I can't access any information in my account.

so, this is a new subscription?  did you use the PM app to complete the activation at Step 6?  If not, please download use the PM app and login and complete the rest of the activation steps

the error simply means PM Eversafe system is unable to match your login email with your My Account.  No worries, this is an easy fix for PM support, simply engage them by direct message.  Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
