Hey, I recently joined Public Mobile, when I was creating an account online I mistakenly entered wrong email address, and now I don’t have access to my access to my account.
I am hoping to recover it as soon as possible.

If you do have active service and can log into your self serve account I suggest you disable 2FA on your profile page until you get your email corrected with customer support. Once you do so you can then decide if you want to enable it again. If you intend to log into your self serve account on a regular basis you may find it a pain in the assets to have to enter the 2FA verification code everytime.

don't to worry about it, them will be change email for you, just open a ticket with SIMon Chatboth
typ: forgetting information
and Click, Forgot My account Email
then Click, Contact Us
and, Click here to submit a ticket.

First, is your phone service working? you can still login using the "incorrect" email address, which is just a login name, but have the 2FA code send to your phone via sms. It will work as long as your service is active
But for fixing the email , only PM support can help to change the email address back to the correct one
Please open them ticket via Chatbot
