Why can't I reset my password on everything but just keeps saying the same thing now it says I've exceeded the amount of tries

@Alycatstraz  - try again, it should work on mobile. It took me a few times just now though.

 

Allow the email and password to autofill, then WAIT. Do not hit the Log In button. It will automatically log in itself.

@Alycatstraz  Try signing in again incognito  private mode mode there are cache isssue , or try another device or lap top

I can't sign into my account period even when I get the email verification code and put it in and create my new password it then gives me the same alert saying that my login info is incorrect. But why can I sign into my community?

Type everything in....don't use auto fill. Maybe you made an error like a comma instead of period in your email address. And use the advice provided above as well.

Hi @Alycatstraz 

close all browser and clear cache/ cookies/ open inPrivate mode,from computer. Login again, or trying reset password but if you know your password is right not reset,

@Alycatstraz   No worry about the "exceeded the amount of tries".  Just close the browser

 

But I suggest you to try Reset Password and login using Incognito mode and see if it works
