Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agent

I need help to log in to my account. It mentions unauthorized access when l try to log in.

but since you changed your password if you still can’t log into app get support to help @Benjamin007 if needed
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

this the second time a valid visa card on file did not take, only this time I cannot even sign in to look. No matter what browser I use (Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox) or my cell phone, after entering my details and password, I get a blank page with

...frustrating as anything because I have no idea who to contact, if that's even a possibility with this company. Never did figure that part out. Links for help that were provided by Public Mobile are coming up as ERROR 404. In other words, unavailable.
If I can't get this fixed or can't contact anyone, I'll be changing to another provider.

You can't update credit card via 611. You will need to access your self service account via website or PM app.
If account suspended, you should still be able to access your account. Did you forget your password? Are you unable to receive 2FA text authorization? If you can't receive text, you should be able to receive email 2FA authorization to get into your account.

if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

Why cant I log into my account? Getting frustrated with this discounted service. First they ding my son $25 for US data usage when we havent left Canada and now I cant add an addon when Im travelling tomorrow. Fantastic
