Site still down. Only way to update account info right now seems to be to download the Public Mobile app and make changes that way.

Same here, I want to change my plan and this site seems to go down when it's needed. I honestly don't know why I stick with this provider. Half the time it seems the site is either really slow or down.

I recently had my credit card compromised. I now have a new card so I need to change the card on my account.
When I try to log into "my account" I get an "unauthorized" error at top left.
When I try to login by 611 it won't accept any PIN that I can ever remember using.
How proceed to get my phone back working?

Yes, I am getting this message "Pretty-Print "Unauthorized"" . Not able to see my account. (in laptop). I tried Google, Edge and Brave browser - all browser gives same error message.

As soon as login into public mobile account, I am getting " Pretty-Print { "message": Unauthorized"} " is appearing and not able to go head to see my account (on Laptop).
The above message appears in all browser : 1) Google, 20 Microsoft Edge and 3) Brave Browser. NOT ABLE TO LOGIN into my account in Public Mobile.
Also I checked in my laptop, there is NO pretty printer extension installed in my browser.
Please help.

Login on the PM app then go to Payment tab>Update Card Information. I just login on the app with no issues.

@JusWundrin Nope not just you , but you can give the public mobile app a try and see if it works . I’m logged into it right now . But have been so . So not sure if it’s affected also
