So i just received my simcard today. then logged in the app, as the website login doesnt work. Now the app tells me to sign up again for a plan and then i can set it up. Which makes no sense... it should be going to the step where i transfer my number to the new simcard.
Any suggestions?

hi @PublicJake of course no need to pay again
if you paid already, login the app now and it will continue the subscription with the phone number step and will ask you to enter the sim card number
