Like clockwork my monthly account pre authorized payment did not go through
im trying to pay manually and it says

I just prepay 3 months ahead and do a top up at my payment date. So am always, for sure, paid up 2 months ahead. Never have an issue and am in place to cover a crisis of some type of inability. I have been with PM almost 3 years and never happened and the 15 years prior with Telus it did happen a few times. It costs a bit more and takes some work but the result is good.
Not that I have tried.....can you not top over 611 as well?

Sorry to hear about your troubles. PM is trying to improve their website and recently upgraded the self service account. But, there are still kinks in the system unfortunately
Might want to try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. If you know your account PIN, you can also dial 611 on your phone and load funds that way.
If you need service right away, you could also purchase a payment voucher either in store or online (recharge.com - servcie fee applies) and load to your account to activate.

Since new account site is introduced there are few glitches floating around.
Try using different browser or you can request assistance from agent.
