Hi I,m sekyoung won

Ans my account is locked, so I can!t charge my money. Tomorrow is last day to charge my fee.

And this happen is second time for me. Why my accouht is always locked? 
Can you give me a help? Thank you

If you tried too many times to log in with incorrect password, your account is temporary locked. I would suggest to wait 1h and try again.

Next time try logging in with different browser. You can pay your bill if you are not on autopay through 611 and have CC registered with PM.

The website is finicky.  If you try your password too many times, your account will be locked out for about one hour.  You can try again in one hour and reset your password.

If that does not work, you will need to contact customer service agent.

@SekyoungWon  - you may have made a temporary account lock by too many failed attempts. Wait 15+ more minutes to try again.

When you do try open a tab in incognito mode and do it that way. If you are having issues with the password, do the Forgot your password :https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

Your account will unlock in about 15 minutes and you can try again. Clear your browser cache/ history and then open a new browser in incognito. Try using chrome.

 

You can also try calling 611 from your phone.

 

If you cannot get into your account contact a CS Agent.

wait 15 mins, it could be just a temporary lock.

 

After that  , try again, if still not work, try to use Forgot password link to try reset your password.  enter the correct email and answer the security question

 

if still fail, then open ticket with PM Support to have them reset for you
