Can someone assist my card was charged when it shouldn't have been

@Slowgold99  You possibly pre paid for a plan and SIM card to come . If that’s the case the service won’t start the sim . Also PM being pre paid is also no refunds . But all you can do is submit ticket with support which you said you already have and way their reply . If you don’t activate then you won’t be charged again .

I understand. But I don't even have an account number or anything. I was trying to sign up for the service. My card was charged. It's still asking me to resume activation (pick a plan) So clearly the card was charged at some point and shouldn't have.

@Slowgold99  I’m a customer like you . I don’t work for Public mobile . It’s a pre paid service and doesn’t send out emails after payment you can however download your bill from your account

Well something is wrong with your system because a charge was placed for $137 on Nov 24, and yet I have no email with a bill or anything.

@Slowgold99  Remember PM is every 30 days not monthly BTW did you make plan change by any chance and not for next renewal . But right away

I only created an account was going to sign up for a service but I've been charged 137 on Nov 24, but I don't even have a service for my account.

Are you saying cred card number or some other details have been changed on your PM account?

PM will not do that so somebody did change it...
