My very last attempt to get Help, b4 making a serious complaint! I have been trying to get to 'customer service' to get a PUK code for 5-days now! No more Simon, No more tickets! If you won't help me now, today, I want my LD minutes, and 4+G of date applied to my other account, and I will just create another account for my daughter!!! My patience for BS is at an end!

OH, well, that's no good.

Rather then submit a new ticket, perhaps start by replying to one you already started; and remind the reader you have not heard back a response yet.

@Ken1247 - currently some upgrades, that were just released today, are hitting a bit of the bump in the road. So some areas on the public website are a bit temperamental at the moment. 

 

So as @Timer already mentioned you can send a private message to CSA.

 

I am 'hitting walls' in different areas and different browsers myself. SIMon links aren't working for me yet, but this link still works for me to private message:

Hopefully, these 'bugs' get cleared up soon, like today.

@Ken1247 you opened ticket already? you got any reply?  did you check the Community inbox on top right?

@Ken1247 , it is not BS, the only way to get  PUK code is via initiation of a support ticket.  If you have done that successfully you would get a private message with a ticket number (check letter symbol on upper right corner).  A CSA would respond to that ticket also via private message.  This is a public forum where customers help other customers.  We cannot provide any assistance with getting the PUK code.

Whatever you have on any of your accounts cannot and will NOT be transferred to new account if you open it.

IF and when you close current account, everything will be lost forever: rewards, loyalty, bonuses, etc.

If ticketing does not work, contact agent directly. Be ware that today agents might be overwhelmed with requests due to launching new site glitches. Just be patient...

Give them as much account info as you can ie; account number, phone number, plan she has ...etc.

Watch the envelope icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they repond.
