Accidentally registered new sim for my daughter with my email and lost access to my cell N account. Please help.

if you registered a new sim on your my account, you can still use that esim for your own, just that you need to buy another sim card for your daughter. And no, your old sim won't work since your new sim took over
if you want, you can try to check with PM again, open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

PM is one email for one account. Not sure how you lost your number and account after registering a new account. Try login again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
if same, then ask support agent to help by direct message them
